Ingredients Brazilian Cheese Bread:
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups (170 grams) tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup (packaged, about 66 grams) grated cheese, your preference (see recipe notes)
- 1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
How to Make Brazilian Cheese Bread:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Apply a little olive oil around the inside of each hole in the mini-muffin tin.
- Add all ingredients to the juice and grind until smooth. You may need to use a spatula to reduce the amount of juice so that everything is mixed well. At this point, you can store the dough in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Pour the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, it should not be too high; leaving about 1/8 inch on top.
- Bake at 400°F in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until all bruised and browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool on the rack for a few minutes.
- Eat while it's still warm or set it aside to reheat later.
