Dalgano - Russian Food | We invite you to cook old dishes of Russian cuisine. Tyurya resembles okroshka, and you can make tyurya in just a few minutes. The traditional ingredients of this cold dish are rye bread and kvass or water. We add tyurya with scallions, cucumbers, and radishes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch green onions (bottom)
  • 1pc Fresh Cucumber
  • 0.5 teaspoon Radish (prepared seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground red chili according to taste
  • 200 ml Mineral water or kvass



How to Make Russian Tyurya Recipe:

  1. Products for the preparation of tyuri. Slices of rye bread are slightly dried in the oven (you can also microwave them). Rub slices of dry bread with a clove of garlic.
  2. Then cut the bread into small cubes. We wash fresh green onions (use the bottom, white). Finely chop the onion. Add salt and lightly knead the onion with your hands.
  3. Grind fresh cucumbers, add onions. Add radishes.
  4. Slightly season with salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil.
  5. We add bread. Fill the bread with mineral water (or kvass). We mix the ingredients and proceed to taste the tyuri. Enjoy your meal!
