Ingredients:
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch green onions (bottom)
- 1pc Fresh Cucumber
- 0.5 teaspoon Radish (prepared seasoning)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Ground red chili according to taste
- 200 ml Mineral water or kvass
How to Make Russian Tyurya Recipe:
- Products for the preparation of tyuri. Slices of rye bread are slightly dried in the oven (you can also microwave them). Rub slices of dry bread with a clove of garlic.
- Then cut the bread into small cubes. We wash fresh green onions (use the bottom, white). Finely chop the onion. Add salt and lightly knead the onion with your hands.
- Grind fresh cucumbers, add onions. Add radishes.
- Slightly season with salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil.
- We add bread. Fill the bread with mineral water (or kvass). We mix the ingredients and proceed to taste the tyuri. Enjoy your meal!
