  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 junipers
  • extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Roast Lamb Recipe with Potatoes:

  1. Begin preparing the lamb in the oven with potatoes by marinating the meat in a bowl with white wine, 1 tablespoon oil, crushed garlic and juniper, bay leaf, rosemary, and thyme.
