This amazing harmonic drink, between fresh tones and a little bitter and sour, was trapped on a warm Cuban night where the festive dance began at sunset.

Ingredients:
- 50 ml of white Cuban Rum
- 3 teaspoons (approximately) brown sugar
- QB Ghiaccio.
- 8 mint leaves
- Shaved ice or diced according to taste
- Carbonated water to taste
- 1 lime juice
How to Make Italian Mojito Recipe:
- To prepare Mojito, start by pouring mint leaves and brown sugar into a long drink glass (high glass) using ALU.
- Press them to the glass side to release the mint aroma.
- Add lemon juice (about 1/5 of drinks) and mash for a few seconds again, then fill the glass with ice (diced or chopped), add rum, angostura, and the last splash of soda water (or soda).
- Stir by circling and serving with mint decorations.
- Your mojito is ready.
Storage:
It is recommended to immediately consume Mojito.
Advice:
Don't squeeze or destroy the lime in Mojito because the latter will be bitter, and use only mint leaves very fresh.
There is a variant for Mojito preparation consisting of the use of two different types of rum simultaneously: younger and older white.
