- 1 pinch of salt
How to Make Italian Castagnaccio Recipe:
- Start preparing the castagnaccio by soaking the raisins in cold water and roasting the pine nuts in a non-stick skillet. In a bowl, sift the chestnut flour and add a pinch of salt, sugar, 2 tablespoons of oil, and water.
