How to Make Italian Boiled Cauliflower Recipe:
- To make boiled cauliflower, start by dividing the cauliflower into large florets. Steam for about ten minutes: they should still be very firm. Then cut into thin slices vertically.
- In a large skillet, heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic cloves. Place the cauliflower slices in it and brown over high heat, turning very gently, so they don't break. Once browned, add salt and pepper.
- Then dilute the tomato paste in a little vegetable stock or hot water and add it to the cauliflower. Cook, with the pot, covered and over low heat, adding more liquid if necessary. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving plate, and immediately serve boiled cauliflower.
