Ingredients:
- 350 g Chestnut
- 500 g Carrot
- 150 g Leeks
- 100 ml White Wine
- 1 cup creme fraiche cheese
- 1 salt
- 1 Nutmeg ground
- 30 g Butter
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 pepper
How to Cook German Chestnut Soup Recipe:
- Wash and dry the chestnuts and cut across the top with a sharp knife. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Allow the chestnuts to cool for 5 minutes, then remove the skin. Clean the leeks, cut the light green and white stems into rings. Put it in a sieve and wash it. Peel the carrots and dice.
