Dalgano - China Food | Known as the ‘water steamed egg’ in Hong Kong, this classic Chinese dish with shrimp and dark mushrooms is a silky comfort dish.

Ingredients:
- 7 large eggs
- (3 eggs separated in a bowl)
- 8 small prawns
- (peeled the skin and cleaned - 3 tails stored)
- cup Black fungus
- (soaked and ground)
- 80-gram bean thread noodles
- (soaked and cut 1 cm)
- 60-gram Goji berries
- 3 red onions
- (crushed)
- 4 tablespoons coriander
- (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon scallion
- (finely ground)
- 1 red chili
- ( diaries)
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 3 tablespoons white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
Method of making:
- In a bowl, beat all the eggs and the extra egg whites from the 3 egg yolks that have been separated.
- Please allow a moment.
- In a large bowl, add dark mushrooms, bean thread noodles, onion, cilantro, prawns and half of the goji berries. Combine together.
- After that, add the eggs to the shrimp mixture using a spatula.
- Add ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons water.
- Combine together.
- Place in a hot plate and place 3 egg yolks and 3 shrimp long on top of the egg. After that put the excess gives goji.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
