Material:
- 6 rations of white rice leftover last night
- 800 gr chicken fillet, cut into small dice
- 4 chicken eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
- 2/4 large onions, sliced
- 10 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 10-7 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 2/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- grams to taste
- spring onions as needed, finely sliced
Accessories:
- enough lemon slices
- enough cucumber slices
- coriander leaves as needed, finely sliced
Method of Making Thai Fried Rice:
- Clean the chicken. Sprinkle with soy sauce and cornstarch. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Fry the eggs with the scrambled method, then set aside.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, chilies, scallions, and scrambled eggs. Stir well.
- Add white rice; then season with fish sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, and lime juice.
- Cook until the rice is no longer wet. Perform taste correction. When it is suitable for taste, quickly remove it from the stove.
