Chicken broth ingredients:
- 350 gr chicken bones

How to Make Shabu-Shabu:
- Preparation. Wash all ingredients.
- Make the broth. Heat the oil in a pan. Add carrots and baby potatoes. Stir for about 2 minutes. Add the onions. Stir. Cook until slightly wilted. Don't be too lazy. This is done so that the juice of these ingredients comes out.
- Then add the cleaned chicken bones. Stir for a while. Then add water. Turn up the fire. Pot lid. Wait until it boils.
- After the water boils, open the lid, and remove the floating dirt. Turn down the fire. Add the scallions and garlic. Continue cooking for about 30 minutes. Or until the water is slightly reduced and the smell comes out fragrant. Then remove with a sieve the ingredients used to make the broth, so that only the water remains.
- After that, add the seasoning broth. Soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and salt. Taste test and correction.
