Dalgano - Australian Food | Sanga is Australian slang for sausage, which is usually served with BBQ or "barbie" in Australia. With our love of the outdoors and a wide variety of wild game options to choose from, Australians have been adhering to Australian BBQ recipes for centuries.
Today, many Australian families have BBQs, but outdoor recreation areas, beaches, and parks often have BBQs for cooking. If you've never eaten sausage in the first place, sausage is generally divided into chunks of meat and ground beef chunks with additives such as salt wrapped in the skin. This is then prepared on the BBQ and placed on a slice of white bread with sauce and consumed as a sandwich.
