Dalgano - Mexican Mexican cuisine is known for its authentic flavours and spices, which makes Mexican cuisine always has fans from all over the world. Salsa is a spicy tomato-based sauce that is commonly consumed in Mexico and other Central American countries.

Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 red chili
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of salt
How to make Mexican salsa sauce:
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes and grind them in a coarse blender.
- Peel the onion and finely chop. Cut the peppers and red chillies into small pieces.
- Add in succession to the saucepan: onions, bell peppers and red chillies. Roast briefly until wilted.
- Then, add the lemon juice, tomatoes and sugar.
- Cook on low heat for a while. 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a pinch of salt.
- Salsa sauce can be used as an ingredient for Tex Mex pizza or Meat Casserole or just as a dip.
