Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened almond milk with vanilla flavor
- 1 teaspoon natural low-fat yogurt (2%) without additives
- 2 tablespoons natural maple syrup (preferred grade B), added 4 teaspoons for fruit give
- 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate
- Coarse salt
- 1/4 Art of chia seeds (Spanish sage)
- 470ml strawberries, peeled and finely chopped

- In a medium bowl, slowly mix almond milk, yogurt, 2 tbsp. l. maple syrup, vanilla concentrate, and 1/8 tsp. salt. Add the chia seeds and leave for 30 minutes. Stir if the seeds are lumpy. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, in a medium bowl, combine the berries with the remaining 4 tsp. maple syrup. Add almonds.
- Spoon pudding into 4 bowls or glasses. Place the berry combination on top and serve.
