Ingredients

Material:

  • 1 kg of wheat flour especially for bread
  • 100 g sugar
  • 14 g instant yeast
  • 600 ml liquid milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted

Contents:

  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 1.6 kg Fuji apples, peeled, cut into cm cubes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Grease, mix well:

  • 2 chicken egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp liquid milk


How to make Pirozhki Pie 

  1. Mix 100 g of flour with sugar and yeast until smooth. Add milk, salt, and eggs. Stir well. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining flour to the dough, knead until smooth. Add melted butter, knead again. Let stand for 20 minutes until the dough has doubled in size.
  3. Filling: Heat butter until melted. Add apples and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft. Remove, set aside.
  4. Divide the dough by 20 g. Flatten.
  5. Spoon 1 tsp filling. Fold to close it. repeat until the materials used are used up.
  6. Grease the surface with oil. Arrange on a baking sheet that you have previously lined with parchment paper.
  7. Baking: Bake the dough in an oven at 180º C until cooked (±10-15 minutes). Remove, serve hot.
