Dalgano - Recipes Japan | Oden is a Japanese dish in which various ingredients are boiled in a sauce, including katsuobushi, kombu, and soy sauce. The ingredients included can vary and are not limited to radishes, konnyaku, boiled eggs, chikuwa, and chikuwabu.

Ingredients:
- 8 chicken wings on top
- 800 g radish
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 pack of shirataki

Dashi Jiru:
- 1000 ml water
- 10 g dry kombu
- 8 g Katsuobushi
- Spice
- 3 tbsp soy (soy sauce)
- 3 tbsp 100% April juice (substitute for mirin)
- 2 tbsp sugar
How to Make Oden:
- Clean the kombu with kitchen paper, then soak it in 1000 ml of water, let sit 30 minutes, boil until the water boils, set aside the kombu from the water. Turn off the heat
- Add Katsuobushi, soak for 2 minutes. Set aside the Katsuo Boshi with a squeeze filter, then add the seasoning ingredients add 200 ml of water, and cook the chicken on low heat until cooked
- While waiting for the chicken to cook, cut the pumpkin into 2 cm, put a knife slice on top, boil it in a different pan until cooked, then wash the shirataki thoroughly.
- Prepare the potato, cut it into large pieces, soak in water, then put the mochi me in the abura age skin, pinch with a toothpick, cut the chikuwa.
