Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Eggs
- 110 gr sugar
- 1/2 pinch(s) of salt
- 1 piece Vanilla Bourbon sugar
- 1/2 organic lemon
- 1/2 kg Quark (e.g. low-fat quark)
- 1/2 vanilla custard powder (for cooking)
- 30 g flour
- Fat and flour for mold
How to Make Käsekuchen
- Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites with 110 g of sugar and salt until stiff. Cool.
