Dalgano - Japanese Food | Yakisoba is a typical Japanese stir-fried noodle dish that uses ramen-style wheat noodles with chunks of meat and vegetables. After that seasoned with yakisoba sauce, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of chicken (rinsed the skin and thinly sliced)
- 60 grams onion (thinly sliced)
- 60 grams carrots (cut lengthwise)
- 60 grams paprika (sliced)
- 120 grams of cabbage cut into 2 inches
- 60 grams of sprouts (wash and drain)
- 40 grams (2 sticks) scallions
- 40 grams of oil
- 280 grams of yakisoba noodles
- pepper (to taste)
- Yakisoba sauce:
- 60 grams of oyster sauce
- 80 grams Worcestershire sauce
Making Method:
- Combine oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
- Set aside.
- Add oil to a frying pan and heat it again. First cook the meat until it is brown.
- Add onions, carrots, and pepper.
- Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add the cabbage and scallions and cook until soft. Once watery, add the sprouts.
- Slowly add the ramen and stir in the base of the vegetables over low heat. Cook for 2 minutes or until noodles is cooked.
- When the noodles are tender, add the yakisoba sauce and mix thoroughly for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
