Dalgano - Japanese Food | Sukiyaki is a typical Japanese dish made from meat, vegetables, tofu stewed in a sweet sauce. Combining all the ingredients is a fun thing to do, and it's very easy to make at home!

Ingredients:
- 600 grams of sliced meat
- 250-gram shiitake mushrooms
- 250-gram enoki mushrooms
- 2 spring onions
- 2 pieces of tofu (300 grams)
- 8- 10 chicory
- 200-gram shirataki noodles (washed)
- 600 ml dashi broth
Sukiyaki sauce:
- 80 grams of sugar
- 450 ml soy sauce
- 450 ml mirin
Method of making:
- Cut the tofu into 8 pieces and set aside
- Cut 4 to 5 chicory by 2” and set aside.
- Cut the scallions diagonally and set them aside.
- Rinse the enoki mushrooms from the roots and set them aside.
- Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms
- Slice the top of the mushrooms and set them aside
- In a saucepan, cook sugar, soy sauce, and mirin over low heat and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Heat the pan over the heat again and add the oil.
- Add the scallions and sauté for 20 seconds.
- Add sliced meat and roast until it turns brown in color
- Add half the sukiyaki sauce and half the dashi stock.
- Arrange the mustard, tofu, shirataki noodles, and mushrooms in a saucepan.
- Boil all ingredients.
- Taste and add sukiyaki sauce and dashi broth to taste.
