Ingredients:
- 200g Minced Chicken
- 100g Okara
- 20g Coriander
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 30g Cheese dripping
- a little salt
- a little pepper
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
Setup:
- Separate the coriander leaves and stalks, then cut the stalks to a width of 5 mm.
