Ingredients:

  • 200 gr instant spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 200 gr chicken meat, cut into pieces according to taste

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 500 ml water
  • Salt to taste

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 pieces of chili
  • 1 large red chili
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed then sauteed until fragrant
  • teaspoon cornstarch
  • teaspoon lime juice
  • 200 ml water
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste



Method of making:

  1. Make the sauce: Boil the tomatoes and chilies until the skins peel off. Then puree using a blender and add a little water. Add garlic.
  2. Combine cornstarch and sugar, dissolve with lime juice then blend with tomatoes. set aside.
  3. After that, boil 500 ml of water until it boils, add the spaghetti and oil. Boil spaghetti until done.
  4. Meanwhile, saute the onions until fragrant, add the chicken and cook until thoroughly cooked.
  5. After that put the tomato sauce into it about 150 ml and add 50 ml of water, stirring until thoroughly. Set aside.
  6. Arrange the spaghetti on a serving plate and pour the tomato sauce over it. Spaghetti is ready to be served.
