- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 600 gr ripe tomatoes, brewed, peeled, and removed the seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Method of Making Pasta Ravioli:
- For the first one, we will do this method by first making or preparing the ravioli pasta before we make the seasoning. Well, to prepare pasta ravioli you can do it by first taking the large protein flour that has been prepared and putting it in a basin or concave container where you will be able to make the dough in it.
- After that, make a shape like a hole in the flour mixture that is inserted, here please enter the egg into it. Add the oil along with the water and mix well then knead the dough until the dough becomes more pliable thoroughly for about 20 minutes.
- Now, if the dough has doubled immediately, take the plastic and use this plastic to wrap the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes then set aside.
Method of Making Ravioli Stuffing:
- First, prepare the pan on the stove and turn on the heat, wait until the pan is hot and add the butter into it. Cook until the butter melts, then add the weeded spinach and sauté until the spinach is completely wilted.
- After the spinach is wilted and smells delicious, remove the spinach from the pan, then chop the spinach with a knife until the spinach texture becomes more aggressive.
- After that, then put all the spices into it and stir thoroughly until all the ingredients you enter are mixed.
- Next, make the pasta dough and make the dough into 2 equal parts.
- Then roll the dough using a rolling pin until it is completely thin. The desired thickness in making this paste is approximately 2 millimeters.
- Now, after grinding everything, please cut the dough into 2 parts only. Then roll out the dough and spread it out.
- Place 1 sheet of dough and put the stuffing in it, dividing the distance between one arrangement and another. Just spread the distance, among others, using water and after thoroughly covering the dough with another sheet.
- After that, cut with a serrated knife about the dimensions of a square with the size you want. Sprinkle the top with flour so it doesn't stick.
- Take water and bring to a boil then add salt as needed, after that, just boil the ravioli pasta with the water until cooked for about 5 minutes.
Method of Making Cream Sauce:
- Please, saute the onions in a frying pan that has been given oil and heated. Sauté the onion along with the garlic until it smells delicious.
- Enter, tomatoes and tomato paste into it, cook, and stir until thickened.
- Season the sauce with salt, oregano, basil, and pepper. Make sure you add the seasonings until the taste is right. Cook until bubbling.
- Now, after the sauce is cooked, remove the sauce and pour it over the top of the ravioli pasta that was made earlier.
