Dalgano - Portuguese Food, in my opinion, Vindaloo is Indian rendang.. it tastes like a rendang and the taste is also original, spicy, and slightly sour, only when I cook it, it's medium spicy and not too sour, instead, I add all the sugar. If you don't want to bother with these ingredients, just buy pasta that is ready to use, it's also delicious.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg Beef / chicken / lamb.
- 30 dried red chilies (I used fresh red chilies)
- 10 large cloves of garlic
- 2 cloves of red onion, diced
- 6 cm ginger, bruised
- 4 tsp roasted cloves
- 2 tsp roasted coriander seeds
- 2 tsp cumin
- 20 cardamom seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon stick
- 2 Kandis acid
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
How To Make Chicken Curry Vindaloo:
- Soak dried chilies in hot water overnight. puree
- Saute onion, garlic, ginger until fragrant
- add cumin, coriander, and cloves
- add chicken/beef/lamb pieces
- Add the crushed chilies, cinnamon and cardamom seeds, tamarind, and vinegar
- Add 5 cups of water, cover, and cook until soft
- Add 3 cups thick coconut milk
