Ingredients
- 500 gr beef, diced
- 200 g potatoes, diced
- 200 gr carrots, diced
- 6 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 cloves of onion, diced
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 4 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 300 ml liquid milk
- 200 g red bell pepper, diced
- 2 L beef broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to make Gulaschsuppe Soup
- Heat butter over low heat, add flour. Stir well.
- Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened, remove and set aside
- Saute the beef until it changes color then add the tomato paste and a mixture of butter, flour, milk that has been cooked earlier.
- Mix and cook while stirring until thickened
