Dalgano - Brazilian Food | Farofa has a unique taste in Brazil and its taste and meaning are difficult to understand without actually trying it. It is basically deep-fried tapioca flour mixed with small pieces of fried meat and served with rice and beans. While that doesn't sound like much, it's amazing how it works so well with beans and rice, absorbing juices and adding extra texture to a slightly mushy meal. Want to know other Brazilian specialties, you can see the recipe Feijoada Food With Rich Meat.
