Material A:

  • 350 grams of minced chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Japanese soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil


Material B:

  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 150 ml of water
  • 60 grams of wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt



How to make egg chicken rolls:

  1. Mix all ingredients A together, mix well, then set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients B together, mix well, and set aside.
  3.  Prepare a non-stick frying pan, give a little spread of margarine, then pour one tablespoon of vegetable mixture B into the pan.
  4. Flatten the dough in the pan until it becomes a thin omelet. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.
  5. Take an omelette and place 5 tablespoons of dough A on it, flatten it, and roll it up.
  6. Wrap the omelette with aluminum foil or plastic. Do the same thing again until the omelet and ingredient A run out.
  7. Steam the wrapped dough for 40 minutes or until the dough hardens and is cooked, then remove and cool.
  8. Cut into pieces and fry egg chicken rolls in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and serve while warm with tomato sauce, chili sauce, and mayonnaise for a more delicious taste.
