Material A:
- 350 grams of minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Material B:
- 4 chicken eggs
- 150 ml of water
- 60 grams of wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
How to make egg chicken rolls:
- Mix all ingredients A together, mix well, then set aside.
- Mix all ingredients B together, mix well, and set aside.
- Prepare a non-stick frying pan, give a little spread of margarine, then pour one tablespoon of vegetable mixture B into the pan.
