  • 200 grams of carrots
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 100 grams of chickpeas
  • Enough chicken broth

  • Minced meat to taste

How to make Hutspot

  1. First, heat the pan until it is really hot. Pour some oil.
  2. Saute minced garlic and onion until fragrant and wilted.
  3. After that add the potatoes that have been cut into small squares.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock to cover the potatoes. Cook until half cooked.
  5. Add the chopped carrots and chickpeas, then cook again until everything is completely cooked and the broth has reduced. Use low heat so it doesn't burn.
  6. While waiting for the hotspot to cook, start making meatballs. The minced meat is seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Shape into rounds, then heat the pan until really hot. Pour a little oil, then roast the meat until cooked on all sides.
