HOW TO MAKE INGREDIENTS:
- For the first one, we will make the stuffing material first so that later you can directly give this stuffing material on the inside evenly. HOW TO MAKE SKIN:
- To make the dough, please prepare a container and put the eggs together with the sugar. Stir using a mixer at high speed. Stir all these ingredients until fluffy for about 5 minutes until smooth evenly.
- When it's done, add the flour along with the baking powder and stir again until all these ingredients are fluffy. Use a low speed when you add the flour. This is done so that the flour is not messy or scattered.
- After that, pour the liquid milk and liquid sugar as well as salt, and honey. Stir again until everything is evenly distributed and mixed.
- When it's done, let it rest for about 15 minutes until it expands and the volume of this dough is bigger.
- Prepare a frying pan to bake the dough and don't forget to lightly grease it with margarine so it doesn't stick.
- Cook the dough until cooked and brown. After that, turn it over so that the bottom cooks evenly.
- Do the same for the remaining dough until it is evenly distributed.
When ready, take one part of the dorayaki and coat it with the filling in the middle. After that, spread the grated cheese on top evenly. Then cover with dorayaki evenly.
