Ingredients:
- 50 g dry wakame

Sauce:
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp soy sauce/Japanese soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp white sesame, toasted
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- tsp togarashi/Japanese chili powder
- tsp salt
How to Make Chuka Wakame:
- Soak wakame in boiled water until it expands. Drain wakame, finely slice. Set aside.
- Sauce: Mix all ingredients well.
- Add the sauce to the wakame slices, mix well.
- Arrange in a serving bowl or store in an airtight container to enjoy later.
