Ingredients:

  • 150 g finely chopped chicken/beef
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili oil/chili oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • 1 tbsp sauce, puree
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 piece (300 g) silken tofu, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp starch, dissolve in water

  • 2 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped


Ingredients :

  1. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil. Saute garlic and onions until soft and fragrant.
  2. How to make: Add minced chicken. Stir until white and stiff.
  3. Add oyster sauce, chili oil, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, mushroom broth, chili powder, pepper, and salt. Stir until well blended and boiling.
  4. Add the diced tofu and pour the water. Cook until boiling. Do not stir too often, the tofu will crumble.
  5. Pour the starch solution, boil until thick.
