Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of wet kwetiau, washed 
  • 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped 
  • 1/2 of an onion, sliced lengthwise 
  • 1 egg, beaten off 
  • 3 stalks of claim, cut into pieces 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder 
  • 1 leaf onion, sliced sideways 
  • 50 ml water 
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying


Soaking ingredients (stir well):

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce 
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil


How to make egg-fried kwetiau:

  1. Coat the kwetiau with the marinade. Set aside. 
  2. Heat the oil. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Set aside on the edge of the pan.
  3. Add eggs. Stir until grainy. Enter caisim. Stir until half wilted. Pour water and mix well. 
  4. Add kwetiau, salt, pepper powder. Stir until cooked. Add the scallions. Stir well.
