Dalgano - China Food | Fu Yung hai or also called Puyonghai is a type of typical Chinese cuisine made from an omelet with a mixture of vegetables, meat, or seafood. Fu Yung Hai is generally served with a sweet and sour sauce made of tomatoes and peas, and some are served with pineapple chunks. One of these legendary menus has a crunchy taste, and its refreshing sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients :
- 5 eggs
- 100 g chicken, chopped
- 100 g prawns, chopped
- 1 carrot, coarsely grated
- 50 g cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 scallion, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp salt
- tsp pepper powder
- the oil for frying
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp frozen/canned peas
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce 1
- 50 ml of boiled water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking vinegar
- tablespoon cornstarch, dissolve with a little water
How to make Fu Yung Hai :
- Take a bowl, add eggs, beat until foamy. Add chicken, shrimp, carrots, cabbage, wheat flour, tapioca salt, and pepper, until blended.
- Divide the dough into a prayer.
- Prepare a flat pan, give enough oil, and heat until really hot.
- from 1 part of egg mixture, fry until brown, remove and drain.
- Do the same with the rest of the dough.
- Sauce: Saute garlic until fragrant, add water, tomato sauce, chili sauce, sugar, salt, and vinegar, cook until boiling.
- Add the peas and corn solution, cook again until the sauce thickens, and then remove.
- Serving: Put the fuyunghai on a serving plate and then pour the sauce.
