How to make Chicken Nanban dishes:
- Cut the breast fillet into 4 equal parts, cut in such a way that the breast is not too thick.
- Season with ingredients, leave for at least 10 minutes.
- While waiting for the chicken to be marinated, we make the Nanban sauce. Combine all the ingredients for the Nanban sauce, stir until all the sugar is dissolved. set aside.
- Next, prepare the tartar sauce. Slice the boiled egg into small dice. finely chop the cucumber and onion. pour mayonnaise, add all ingredients & season the tartar sauce. mix well and set aside in a bowl.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Coat the chicken with a little cornstarch/cornstarch, as long as it is evenly covered with flour. dip in egg mixture. fry until cooked or golden brown. lift and drain.
- Dip the fried chicken in the Nanban sauce, remove. Arrange on a plate with the complementary vegetables and pour the tartar sauce over the chicken. enjoy while it's warm.
