Chicken Katsu Diet Food |

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of chicken breast fillet
- 150 g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 g bread flour
- tsp garlic powder
- 150 ml liquid milk
- salt
- pepper
- cooking oil
Tonkotsu sauce ingredients:
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp English sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Salad ingredients:
- purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- white cabbage, thinly sliced
- carrots, thinly sliced
- mayonnaise
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- sugar
How to cook:
- Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well. Set aside.
- Coat the chicken fillet with the salt mixture.
- Whisk flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Coat the chicken fillet with flour. Shake slightly to remove excess flour.
- Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture. Roll in breadcrumbs. Coat the outside evenly.
- Fried chicken. Lift, drain.
- For tonkatsu sauce: Mix soy sauce and sugar. Stir well. Add tomato sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
- For the salad: Mix lime juice, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir well. Add sugar. Stir well. Add mayonnaise. Stir well.
