Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken breast, one, not one side
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 stalk of cilantro or cilantro, I skipped it because I didn't like it
