Dalgano - China Food | Chow mein is the next typical Chinese dish that is always appetizing. Chow Mein is also a noodle that is cooked by frying until it is completely dry. Not only delicious, but this chow mein is also unique because it's also crunchy and savory. The majority of this Chow Mein is served with beef or chicken stir fry which can be served using stir-fried vegetables, sometimes this Chow Mein is also included in warm soup.

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp rice flour
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- cup chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 350 gr noodle chow mein
- 600 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 small size bok choy, cut into small pieces
Making Method:
- Combine the cornstarch with ¼ cup of chicken stock in a special bowl.
- While stirring for a long time, add the remaining chicken stock, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and tomato sauce one by one.
- Boil the Chow Mein noodles, then drain.
- Combine 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and chicken in a bowl, then let it sit for a while so that the oil absorbs into the chicken.
- Heat the skillet on the stove over high heat.
- Add chicken that has been coated in peanut oil, cook for about 3 minutes or until cooked. When done, drain.
- Add the remaining peanut oil to the pan, then add the carrots. Cook for one minute.
- Add the Chow Mein noodles, stir for about 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken, bok choy, and the sauce mixture that was prepared earlier. Cook for about 2 minutes or until all ingredients appear cooked.
