Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 28 ounces sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (30 g)
- 2 cups chocolate sprinkles (160 g) as needed
How to make Brigadeiros
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, condensed milk, and cocoa powder, stirring constantly until you can see the bottom of the pan for 2-3 seconds as you drag the spatula.
- Pour into a greased plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Shape and roll the cold mixture into a ball.
- Roll the balls into the chocolate sprinkles. then serve
