Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons a little baking powder
- 2 tablespoons a little active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
How to make Beschuit Met Muisjes
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add flour, baking powder, yeast, and salt to a bowl, mix and add to buttercream.
- Add milk and eggs and knead everything into a smooth dough for about 5 minutes.
- Cover and place in a greased bowl for 15 minutes, then divide into 3.5-ounce pieces.
