Ingredients
Ingredients/spices:
- 400 gr of beef deep, cut into rectangles 1x4 cm
- 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pieces of bay leaf
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut lengthwise
- 100 gr champignon mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 200 ml of beef broth
- 100 gr sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoons salted butter for frying
Method of Making Beef Stroganoff:
- Coat the meat with mustard and salt. Leave it for 15 minutes.
- Heat Butter. Saute onions, garlic, and bay leaf until fragrant.
- Enter the meat. Stir until it changes color.
- Add peppers and mushrooms. Stir until wilted. Add flour. Stir well.
- Pour the broth. Stir well. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and ground pepper. Stir well. Cook until done.
- Add sour cream. Stir well. Stir until it explodes. Prepare with a sprinkling of parsley.
