Ingredients:
- 700 grams. Skirt steak (trimmed flank pulp), cut into 10 cm strips, then slice 0.6 cm thick through the fibers.
- 170 grams of fresh mushrooms, cut
- 110 grams of green beans or green beans
- 1 can (340 g) young corn cobs, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
- Salt and black pepper powder
- 1/4 Art. soy sauce
- 1 serrano chili, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 2 tsp Sahara
- 2 tbsp. l. lime juice (1-2 limes)
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 bunch of spring onions, thinly sliced
Steps to Process Beef Recipe with Sauteed Vegetables:
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, serrano pepper, sugar, and lime juice until sugar is dissolved. Add beef, stir until meat is covered in liquid, set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until boiling, about 1 minute. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the skillet and set it aside. Let the liquid sit in the simmering saucepan and simmer for about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and green onions and cook for another minute. Add mushrooms, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add peas (or green beans), corncobs, and bell peppers and continue to cook until vegetables are savory and tender about 2 minutes. Put the meat back in the pan and add the vegetables.
