Dalgano - Recipes Japan This fried tofu soaked in tentsuyu sauce is a classic Japanese dish. The soft, savory taste of tofu is soaked in a light savory shoyu sauce with a sprinkling of fragrant and savory katsuobushi.

Material:
- 1 egg tofu/silk tofu, cut into pieces
- 100 g cornstarch
- cooking oil

Sauce:
- 250 ml water
- 50 ml mirin
- 50 ml shoyu
- tsp Honda
Complementary:
- 2 tbsp grated young ginger
- 2 tbsp grated radish
- 2 tbsp kastuobushi
- 2 tbsp finely chopped scallions
How to Make Agedashi Tofu:
- Sauce: Bring all sauce ingredients to a boil. Lift.
- Coat the tofu pieces with cornstarch until smooth.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until dry. Drain well.
- Place the fried tofu in a bowl.
- Pour the Sauce. Give Complement.
- Serve immediately.
