- Next, make spaghetti Neapolitan. Heat water in a saucepan and boil spaghetti until cooked.
- While waiting for the spaghetti to cook, heat a little cooking oil and sauté the sausage, peppers, onions, and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the tomato sauce and grated cheddar cheese. You can add a little water so it doesn't burn.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, immediately remove and drain the water.
- Add the spaghetti to the sauce, then mix well.
- Method of Making Chicken Katsu:
- The next step is to make chicken katsu. Smash the chicken until it's flat. After that sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Roll the chicken in the flour. After that, dip it into the beaten egg. Finally, coat with breadcrumbs. Make sure all surfaces of the chicken are covered in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, then fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken katsu from the frying pan when the surface is golden.
Method of Making Demi-Glace:
- Make the demi-glace sauce for the katsu pair. Toast the flour in a frying pan, then mix with the onions, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water, thyme, and salam.
- Cook until the demi-glace is thickened and bubbling, then remove from heat.
Method of Making Salad:
- Finally, make a vegetable salad. Slice lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. After that pour mayonnaise or yogurt.
