Ingredients:

Japanese soboro models:

  • 200 grams minced chicken thighs

  • 1 cm soft ginger + 1 tablespoon water

  • 3-4 tablespoons of water


Indonesian soboro models:

  • 200 grams minced chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • tablespoon sugar
  • teaspoon broth/flavor
  • 5 cloves of minced garlic
  • 6 red chilies
  • 3-4 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce


Egg Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dashi/broth


Gomae chickpea ingredients:

  • 200 grams of chickpeas
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds, mashed

How to cook Soboro Tori Chicken Rice:

  1. For the Japanese model, mix chicken with soy sauce, sugar, dashi powder, ginger water, and garlic, stir, let it sit for a while
