Tofu Gejrot |
Ingredients:
- 20 pieces of Sumedang tofu
- 2 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp tamarind water
- 6 tbsp brown sugar, thinly sliced
- 400 ml
- 6 tbsp hot oil
Ground spices:
- 8 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 12 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp salt
How to make Tofu Gejrot:
- Cut the tofu into smaller pieces, then set aside.
- Heat water in a pan. Pour the Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, then add the soy sauce, brown sugar, and tamarind water. Cook until the water boils.
- Place the onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt in the mortar. Coarsely grind and flush with hot oil.
