Ingredients:

  • 670 ml water
  • 670 ml vinegar
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 30 grams kosher salt
  • 4 cloves of garlic, cut lengthwise in half
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 30 whole black peppercorns
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 900 grams white radish, peeled and sliced

How To Make:

  1.  Prepare a medium-sized pan. Boil water, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, turmeric powder, whole black pepper, and bay leaf. Boil until boiling and sugar dissolve.
  2. Turn off the stove and remove from heat. Let it cool to room temperature for one to two hours.
  3. Enter the radish into the seasoning water that has been made. Store in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.
  4.  Danmuji can last up to a month.
