Ingredients:

  • 1000 grams of chicken breast fillet, diced

Making Method:

  1. Take the garlic mixed with the onions and pepper and brown sugar. then add pears and ginger then process until smooth.
  2. Next, add all the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Mix the spices with the chicken then stir well and let stand 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove the chicken then separate from the marinade.
  5. Cook the spices in a non-stick skillet until thick then set aside.
  6. Skewer the chicken on a skewer and then grill it over hot coals while basting it with spices.
