Korean Bibimbap Recipe, Mixed Rice with Gochujang Sauce

Ingredients:
- Rice as needed
- 1 handful of bean sprouts
- 2 carrots
- Japanese cucumber to taste
- 3 shitake mushrooms
- spinach to taste
- 3 pieces of chicken fillet
Bibimbab Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/2 apple
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30 grams of gochujang
- 7 grams of doenjang
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 15 ml sesame oil
- powdered broth
- Sugar as needed
- White Sesame
How to cook:
- Make the bibimbap sauce: grate the garlic and peeled apple, then combine with the gochujang, doenjang, soy sauce, sesame oil, stock powder, and sugar. Set aside.
- Slice the carrots, zucchini, shitake mushrooms, then dice the chicken fillet. Saute spinach and other vegetable ingredients and add a little salt.
- Cook the chicken, add the oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Set aside.
- Prepare a container, put the rice, put the chicken pieces, add the vegetables on top, give the fried eggs, finally add the bibimbap sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
