Ingredients:
- 450 gr beef slice
- 4 onions, chopped
- 100 gr carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 4 pieces of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Marinade Sauce Ingredients:
- 2, 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coarse dark pepper
Cooking method:
- Mix all the ingredients for marinade sauce, soak the sliced meat in the sauce for 15 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil, saute garlic onions, carrots, and cabbage until wilted, add sliced meat, stir, cook for minutes over high heat (if using sliced meat, adjust the cooking time until cooked). Sprinkle sesame and spring onions.
