Ingredients:
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons & sugar
- 180 ml liquid milk
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 35 grams of butter
Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon fine granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Making Method:
- Mix sugar and liquid milk then add instant yeast. Add the melted butter. Stir well.
- Put the above mixture into a bowl containing the flour and salt. Knead until the dough is not sticky.
- Rest the dough for 45-60 minutes, until it has doubled in size. Cover the container with a clean cloth.
