Kimbap Recipe, Korean-style Picnic Food

Kimbap Recipe |
Kimbap Ingredients:
- 3 scoops of fluffy rice
- 1 cucumber
- 8 slices of pickled radish
- 1 serving of sigeumchi namul
- 2 sheets of nori
Bulgogi Ingredient:
- 250 gr beef
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1/4 part onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
Making Method:
- Make the bulgogi first. Place the sliced beef in a bowl along with the mashed garlic and ginger, add the chopped onions and scallions.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and sesame oil. Stir until the spices are well mixed with the meat. Cover the container, marinate the meat with the spices for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Sauté the meat and the marinade. Cook until the meat is tender and cooked. Set aside.
- Make the kimbab: Using a sushi mat, put 1 sheet of nori, place 1½ spoons of rice on top of the nori, then flatten. Place the sigeumchi namul, pickled radish, carrots, cucumber, and bulgogi on top of the rice.
- Roll-up long and compact. Arrange it so that it looks like a cylinder.
- After that, cut the kimbab into bite-sized pieces, put it on a serving plate with sauce.
